  3. Send us visual proof (like a video) of the problem.

  1. Your refund will go back to your original form of payment within 7 business days.
  2. We currently do not offer refunds for products that were damaged from misuse or abuse. 
  3. We currently do not offer exchanges. If you see another product you’d like instead, please follow the steps above. We‘ll gladly issue you a refund, and then you’ll be free to purchase the new product you’d like.
