- Tell us why you’re not happy with your purchase and request a refund.
- Send us visual proof (like a video) of the problem.

- Your refund will go back to your original form of payment within 7-10 business days.
- We currently do not offer refunds for products that were damaged from misuse or abuse.
- We currently do not offer exchanges. If you see another product you’d like instead, please follow the steps above. We‘ll gladly issue you a refund, and then you’ll be free to purchase the new product you’d like. If you would prefer a replacement, we’ll gladly reship your order.
