Do's:
Do Use Heat Protectant:
- Always apply a heat protectant spray before styling. This helps shield your hair from heat damage and keeps it looking shiny and healthy.
Do Start with Damp Hair:
- Use the pre-dry attachment on damp hair, ensuring it's not soaking wet for better styling results.
Do Adjust Heat Settings:
- Choose the appropriate heat setting based on your hair type for optimal styling and protection.
Do Clean Attachments Regularly:
- Wipe down the attachments after use to prevent product buildup and maintain performance.
Do Use Gentle Tension:
- When smoothing, apply gentle tension with the flat brush to achieve sleek results.
Do Allow Hair to Cool:
- Let your styled hair cool for a few minutes to help set the style and add shine.
Do Experiment with Techniques:
- Try different styling techniques to discover what works best for your hair type and desired look.
__________
Don'ts:
Don't Overcrowd the Brush:
- Avoid placing too much hair in the round brush at once, as this can hinder airflow and drying.
Don't Use on Soaking Wet Hair:
- Using the styling attachments on dripping wet hair can lead to ineffective results and increased heat damage.
Don't Ignore the Temperature:
- Never use high heat settings on fine or damaged hair (unless necessary), as this can cause increased breakage and dryness.
Don't Force Attachments:
- Always ensure attachments click securely into place; forcing them can cause damage.
Don't Use Without Maintenance:
- Neglecting to clean the device can lead to buildup that affects performance.
Don't Rush the Process:
- Take your time when styling to achieve the best results; rushing can lead to uneven styling or heat damage.
